Hi,

In SRM 800, the runtime environment of 550 points problem MaximumPenalty seems to have a fault.

I submitted the correct solutions, but got a result of TLE.

So I tried to submit the code of tourist, which passed during the competition, but still got a TLE at this moment.

Please help to fix it, thanks.
