TCO23 Marathon points

I just noticed that TCO23 leaderboard was updated, to reflect points from MM138:
https://tco23.topcoder.com/competition/marathon/leaderboard?tracks[mm-tco23]=0

However, the it seems to have a couple of issues, according to TCO23 rules (item "6.7.2. COMPETITION SCORING FOR ONLINE STAGES" from https://tco23.topcoder.com/competition-rules):

1. Places from 27th to 30th should get 5 points, not 1.
2. All other positive scores shoud get 1 point, but competitor below 30th with positive scores didn't get any points.
