What are the plans for 2023? There are no new challenges in long time, only some practice challenges. No new entries in the callendar, lot of stalled projects. So, is the TopCoder still able to gain clients?
We definitely have plans for 2023. There are always highs and lows with work at Topcoder and we appreciate your patience as work ramps up. We had a healthy increase of challenge work come through last quarter and it does take time with legal, paperwork, etc to get that work out as challenges to the community. January / February are also typically slow months.
The operations and sales team are focusing on optimizing the amount of customer work that can be launched as public challenges as opposed to private tasks via platform. You’ll definitely see work pick up soon.
The volume of challenges was indeed all time low this year @sr_jr, but there is a plan to run AI challenges with big prizes in the next 6 months and in addition to that to focus on data science, design and development challenges too. There will be 4 AI challenges/month and have over $200,000 in prize money. Focus will be on AI, GPT and surrounding system. Stay tuned for more details as we start to roll these out!

Looks like it is dead - in Sept i don't see challenges, I was out and back after like 2 yrs now and don't see a single challenge to work on.
Am i looking at wrong place now for work?
