Teams elegibility

Hi,

Sorry if it is a silly question, but It is my first time on TopCoders and couldn't get information regarding the team up elegibility for the NASA Spacesuit Detection Challenge, Are teams from different universities or enterprises from any nationality and country of residence allowed to participate?

    Hi @sebasmos, Teams are allowed and anyone can participate from any country except for citizens of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and anyone residing in Quebec, Canada. Team form can be found here for the NASA Spacesuite detection challenge.
