Topcoder X Access

I'm unable to access to Topcoder X. When I try to login, the process run into an infinite loop.

As attempts to pass over that "bug", I have tried logging in with different methods including github or gmail.

What can I do please ?

In addition, will the access to Topcoder X grant me immediately the access to the repository ?
