do you receive any automated ticket created after sending the email? If there is no ticket created and sent to your email, then probably support team does not receive your email in their system and not aware of your issue.

You should receive something like this after sending email to support@topcoder.com after few minutes, if you did not receive it in your email, then your mail is not sent to support@topcoder.com

no automated ticket... it can relate to yandex mail that's Russian? why not receive my email in their system? how you received?!

I sent email with my Gmail and it work. so i think yandex has problem because it's Russian. can I change my topcoder account email ?
