Cannot register/participate in MM 138

It says challenge is finished even though registration should finish in a week, so I don't understand what this interface implies, attached picture below

How can I register/participate in this competition?

Came here with this same problem... I'd like to register for this one too, but MM 138 says "the challenge is finished".
