Please note an update to Western Union payments:

If you elect to be paid by Western Union, your payment request will be queued and processed semi-monthly, on the 15th and last business day of the month. If the 15th or last day of the month falls on a weekend or holiday, Western Union payments will be processed the next business day.

In order to be included in the semi-monthly payments, you need to select which payments you would like to be paid for by 11:59 PM EST two days prior to the scheduled payment. Payments selected to be paid after 11:59 PM EST two days prior to the payment date will be included in the next scheduled payment.

if it is possible to do, maybe it is not a bad idea to also add the payment cycle (along with the date) in which the selected payments will be included

I queued some payments on November 12 so would like to know has WU payments for November 15 been processed?

I haven't received any alert or funds.

Hi,
Normally the WU payment was processing at 15th date and the end of month.
Regarding Nov30, 2022 payment process, until now I didn't receive payment into my bank account, I've contact supoort thru payment teams, but didn't get the answer yet.
Anybody facing the same issue here.

Your payments were selected on the 30th so were not processed on the 30th. They need to be processed at least 2 days prior. Your payments are set to be paid on December 15th.

My payment with WU for Nov 30 has been processed successfully , did you process the payment two days prior the scheduled? did the payment still appear in your PACT?

Is western union for period Oct 31, 2023 have processed. I saw in my PACTs was paid but not receive in my bank account yet.
