For some time I can't login into Aplet Arena. I get the message: "You login request timed out".
Support didn't help me.
Could anyone give me a hint how to resolve this problem ?
It was a good hit!
WIth this version I can login without probelm.
I used old file for years and I didn't notice that new release is available.

Ooops. It was only temporary success!
Now trying to compile a practice problem I get the message: "Your request timed out", so I can't test nor submit the solution.
Nevertheless in a summary window I see problem status as "compiled". Strange...
Any hint how to resolve it ?
I tried today again and my practice submission was handled correctly! But I changed nothing, so I don't know what was the reason. I'll test Arena next days too...
You definitely need the latest version of the applet (2022-1.0 from November, 2022).
This will fix the login timeout.
The .NET compiler is down for all versions of the applet (and web arena) and we are working to restore it. I don't have an ETA yet.
We will also be adding an auto-upgrade to the applet in the future so you will be notified and able to download the latest version when it is available. The 2014 and 2022 versions of the applet won't be able to upgrade themselves but hopefully the next version will. We will find a good way to notify everyone when that version becomes available.

hey has topcoder cleared the practise rooms in the latest applet??i can't see subsmissions for old SRMs and TCOs.can u clarify??
