About the idiom
I speak spanish and, when competing in Topcoder, I do my best to put/write all in english. But this is not the case of reviews. In case of some Chinese reviewers, they send snapshot, logs and error messages in chinese and, because they are snapshot not text, is practically impossible for me to get the translation of those messages.
Of course, I'm appealing because this. But my question here is if is there some policy or, at least, a best practice to follow about this.
