Is everything OK with the submission queue / ranking?

no results at all, my submission shows in queue
now 2 submissions by others shown in leaderboard
but my submission got lost totally
resubmit
success
but no artifact
and everyone is 100 points on scoreboard...
Same, everyone is getting instantly same provisional score, and I'm not getting the usual emails either
