What is the chance for hire?
I saw competitions several years back and I was certain I couldnt compete in them ,but I dont think it made sense to compete in them for a lot of users if this was their primary income. Am I better served looking for a job even though the pay is much higher here, because like 10 people get hired every month for their godlike skill?

If you work on the challenges, and do well it will show which then will show your skill and yes you can be hired for gigs.
