Connecting to a Payoneer account

Hi,

I have 2 questions:

  1. I was wondering how long does it usually take to connect a Payoneer account to a TC account? I contacted support a few days ago. I also contacted payments, and they've also sent a couple of emails to support asking for a go ahead, but without any response from them.

  2. Also, how long can funds stay on my account? I started competing in Feb/March this year.

    yes, also i had issue with payment but support didn't answer yet. in past they answered next day but now is two day. maybe there are any issue or they are in holidays.

    It is possibly holidays/vacations, I sent an email to payment@topcoder.com, they responded quickly and they tried to contact support as well, but suppoort did not respond yet.
